Sara Im: Surviving the Killing Fields

At seven years old, Sara Im heard a story about how God saved a man's family. From the story, she believed there was a God. Over Fourteen years later, she would call on the God she had learned about at age seven. When she was twenty-one years old, an invasion occurred in her small Cambodian village. Having felt secure and afforded opportunities beyond what her parents had experienced, she was looking forward to life ahead. However, the invasion changed the trajectory of her life. Now, she speaks about her hardship during the invasion and her eventual escape.
